Former world leaders to visit in support of Middle East peace
A delegation of former global leaders is to arrive in Israel and the West Bank Monday to garner public support for peace between Israel and its neighbors.
منذ تأسيس منظمة الحكماء, تابع الحكماء عن كثب أحداث الشرق الأوسط. فإنهم يتواجدون الآن في المنطقة, لأول مرة, كمجموعة, ليصغون إلى الناس الذين تأثروا من النزاع وليعرضوا دعمهم لجميع الذين يبذلون جهودهم من أجل السلام.

מאז שנוסד ארגון ה-Elders הם עוקבים מקרוב אחר ההתרחשויות במזרח התיכון. כעת הם נמצאים באזור כקבוצה בפעם הראשונה כדי להאזין לאנשים שהושפעו על ידי הסכסוך וכדי לתמוך באלה שעובדים למען השלום.

Welcome to the first Elders blog. As part of our visit to the Middle East, we are trying something new and will be recording our impressions and thoughts through blogs and videos as much as we can. We will also invite those we meet to join and continue the discussion. The Elders visit to the Middle East – 25-28 August
The Elders – a group of eminent global leaders brought together by Nelson Mandela – will arrive in Israel on Monday 24 August, and will begin their itinerary on Tuesday morning. Further schedule details will follow.
منظمة "الحكماء" تعتزم زيارة منطقة الشرق الأوسط
أعلنت منظمة "الحكماء" وهي مجموعة من القادة البارزين في العالم تأسست بمبادرة من السيد نيلسون مانديلا؛ أن وفداً من المنظمة يعتزم زيارة إسرائيل والضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة في نهاية آب / أغسطس القادم.
Since the Elders were founded they have closely followed events in the Middle East. They recently visited the region for the first time as a group to listen to the people affected by the conflict and to offer their support to all those working for peace.
Here they share their thoughts and impressions from the visit and invite people they have met to tell their stories and join the discussion.
