Cara joined The Elders in November 2023 as Operations Manager. Her role involves supporting the secretariat and Elders in delivering visits, meetings and events. Cara previously worked as an Executive Assistant across a range of corporate organisations.

She is currently studying towards a Batchelors in Business Management with The Open University. Outside of work she enjoys walking her dog Jack, reading, travelling, and going to the gym!
