Ambika Bahia joined The Elders in August 2026 as an Operations Assistant. Her role involves supporting the logistical and operational tasks behind the Elders’ work, including the coordination of meetings, travel, and events.

Prior to joining The Elders, Ambika studied a BSc in Sociology at University College London and a MSc in Social and Cultural Theory at Bristol University. Outside of work, she can never be found too far from her Kindle!
