Jane has provided strategic advice for a wide variety of governments and companies, and has written for The Economist, FT, Guardian, Prospect, Newsweek, BBC and many others. She has a BA from Oxford University and an MSc from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies.

Jane is also a published poet and in another life she would like to write novels. She has two lovely daughters.

He has an MA in French and German from King’s College, Cambridge and studied at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg. William holds British and German nationality and enjoys reading, theatre and an eclectic range of music, agreeing with whoever said The Beatles were the greatest songwriters since Schubert.

He has a degree in History from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge. Outside of work, Tom enjoys reading and playing cello, and has an admittedly pretentious-sounding interest in modern jazz music.

Margriet studied Dutch language and literature at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.

The Dutch Charity Lotteries have a mission to raise funds for charities. Fifty percent of the proceeds of the lottery goes to more than 200 charities. The Postcode Lottery supports organizations working for people and planet, the BankGiro Lottery supports culture and the Friends Lottery supports health and wellbeing. Every month 3.5 million households participate in the Charity Lotteries; 25% of all private donations in the Netherlands come from the Lotteries. The Postcode Lottery format is also implemented in Sweden, Great Britain, Germany and Norway. The international Postcode Lotteries are the second largest private donor in the world.

Shannon is a recipient of the Spirit of McMurry award, given annually to one outstanding alumni, as well as Baylor Law School's 2011 Young Lawyer of the Year award. Shannon's work has been featured a number of times on radio, television, and through print media.

Shannon previously served as Vice-President of Geneva Global, and Director of Public Affairs at International Justice Mission. She is currently a board member of several organisations within the US and abroad including The Elders, Humanity United, and Toms Shoes.

Mabel is currently a board member of Fondation Chanel, the Sigrid Rausing Trust, and VOW for Girls (Chair). She is also an advisor to Apolitical Academy Global, Co-Impact’s Gender Fund, Global Witness, and The Elders. Mabel is a global champion of Girls Not Brides: The Global Partnership to End Child Marriage, and a co-founder and chair emeritus of the European Council on Foreign Relations.

She spent seventeen years living and working on six continents to start and help lead mobile phone companies in South Africa, Colombia, Bulgaria, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the US. She was the joint CEO of Virgin Mobile in Australia prior to starting Virgin Unite. 

Jean holds several advisory board roles, including The Elders, Vintro, Vatican Humanity 2.0, and the Sara Blakely Foundation. She is on the boards of RMI, The Caribbean Climate Smart Accelerator, AID Live, Unite BVI Foundation, The B Team, Penn State Board of Visitors, and Just Capital. She is also honoured to be a B Team leader. She is the author of Partnering and co-founded Plus Wonder to spark more meaningful deep connections and collaborations in the world.
